James D. Sickles

As the founder of Sickles Corp., Jim has been the driving force behind the Company’s success. With over 27 years of experience in all phases of the construction process, Mr. Sickles is equally comfortable in the field and in the boardroom. Under his direction, the Company has grown from a small carpentry trade contractor to a multi-faceted general contracting firm. His vision, knowledge of construction and personal integrity are just a few of the leadership characteristics that the employees and clients of Sickles Corp. have relied upon for years.

Matthew Brooks
VP Commercial Operations
Mr. Brooks is responsible for the operation of the Commercial Division of Sickles Corp. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with most of his time spent building a wide variety of commercial buildings. Matt’s experience, knowledge, and diligence has allowed him to complete some of the most challenging projects for several large commercial contractors. His straightforward, well-organized management style has allowed him to complete several multi-million dollar projects in North Carolina and New York for some of the most prestigious and demanding clients. Matt’s ability to deliver projects as expected earns customer confidence and good working relationships.

William Riley, MBA, CGB
Project Consultant
Mr. Riley has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked for several public and private contracting companies. He has a wide range of experience with both residential and commercial projects. As a Project Manager and Superintendent, Bill has managed numerous large projects in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York. He is a Certified Graduate Builder and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Joseph P. Maurici, Jr., CPA
Controller
Mr. Maurici is responsible for the financial reporting of the Company. He has 27 years of accounting and business experience with over 11 years in the construction industry. Joe holds a B.S. in accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State since 1982.
