Sickles Corp. is a ‘C’ corporation formed in the state of New York in 1985. It's wholly owned subsidiary, Sickles Corp. Commercial, LLC, was formed in the State of North Carolina in 2005 with the sole purpose of providing commercial construction services to our clients.Sickles Corp. and its subsidiaries currently employ approximately 25 executives, managers, and line personnel. Sickles Corp. Commercial, LLC maintains offices near Rochester, NY and Raleigh, NC and the company is currently licensed and registered to conduct business in Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina (GC Lic.# 58154), Pennsylvania, Florida and Virginia (FL and VA licensing pending).

Sickles Corp. Commercial, LLC is engaged in the development and construction of commercial buildings for a wide range of clients. The Company has completed industrial facilities, retail establishments, commercial office space, health care treatment space, and telecommunication infrastructure projects.
